Chief Operating Officer
Chief Operating Officer of Qualium Investissement since 2006, Marc joined the private equity division of Caisse des Dépôts in 2004 as a Member of the Board of Directors of CDC Entreprises. Prior to that he was Managing Director of Sofaris, and COO of Sofaris Région and Biotech Garantie, both subsidiary units of the Sofaris group, which he joined in September 2001. Marc spent two years as Planning Director of the Casino Group and, from 1995 to 2000, held various positions within the Office for Foreign Economic Relations at the Ministry of Economics and Finance. He began his career in 1991 at the Finance Inspectorate.
Marc sits on the boards of Agro Service 2000, Carré Blanc, DGF, Marais, Tournus Equipement and Sogal.

Deputy Managing Partner
Prior to joining Qualium Investissement in 2005, Rudolf was Investment Director at Advent International, from 1999, where he specialized in the chemical, construction materials, industrial services and distribution sectors. He spent two years with Lafarge Peinture where he was manager of the Spanish and Benelux subsidiaries, also covering the strategy division for the group. Earlier, Rudolf worked for 3 years for consulting and strategy firm CVA in Paris and London. He began his career in 1990 at Rhône-Poulenc where he was a sales manager in France and abroad.

Managing Director
Paul joined Qualium Investissement in 2005 from Advent International where he had worked, since 2000, heading sourcing and execution in the telecom, IT, electronics and health sectors. He previously worked as investor for Wendel group for 9 years, including 2 years at BioMérieux and three years at Cap Gemini, both portfolio companies of the Wendel group holding.

Chairman & CEO
Jean joined Qualium Investissement in 2009. Previously, he was Managing Director of European Capital from 2005, where he established the Paris and Madrid offices and participated in investment activities in Germany. From 2000 to 2005, he was Deputy Managing Director of Fonds Partenaires Gestion (Banque Lazard) where he led investments in mid-sized companies in the health, retail and industrial sectors. From 1996 to 2000, Jean was Director in the structured finance department focusing on leverage finance, securitization and distressed debt at Commerzbank in Paris. Jean started his career as a site engineer in the construction industry, based in London and Barcelona.
Jean sits on the boards of Quick, Socotec and La Foir'Fouille. He is also a member of the board of the Executive Committee of Caisse des Dépôts group.

Before joining Qualium Investissement in 2009, Jacques was a Director at European Capital since 2005 where he co-launched the Paris office with Jean Eichenlaub. Prior to that, Jacques spent 5 years with Fonds Partenaires Gestion (Banque Lazard) where he was responsible for the management and monitoring of the investment portfolio. Jacques began his career as an auditor at PwC in 1988, he was later Director of finance for Invensys (automotive parts) in France from 1993 to 1998, then for Primagaz's (LPG distribution) international operations from 1998 to 2000.

Michel joined CDC Participations, the private equity division of Caisse des Dépôts in 1995. Prior to that he spent 5 years as a lawyer specializing in investment operations at the legal and tax division of BNP Paribas group.
